Rolling the San Martin

Traveling to work is one of the most boring moments of the day for many people. Passengers generally use this dead time for reading the news or private messages on the phone.

For me, traveling by train in the morning was one of the best 30 minutes of the day. I enjoyed observing the people. Their behavior, their faces, their clothes, their gestures. Everything. The line San Martin has the most interesting and various travelers. And every stop brings new faces and stories.

One morning, I saw this beautiful short-hair girl isolated in her own world, her music, her headphones. In love with this image, I decided to capture it with my precarious nokia C3. The quality of the photo is of course very poor, but at least I could record that unique moment. Because of the beauty of that very simple but exclusive image, I wanted to reproduce the picture on my canvas but with more pixels :)
